Do you enjoy delivering great service, meeting excited travelers, and working for a company that values the environment? Then you should apply to be a train attendant for the period from June 16 to August 24!

The job involves being a tour guide and leading travelers through the landscapes we pass, sharing information about the places the train passes and suggesting attractions along the route. Our train attendants are also responsible for service and information on board the trains, helping our travelers find their way, providing snacks and souvenir sales, taking orders for lunch and dinner stops, and making announcements during the journey. The job also includes, together with the train driver, responsibility for safety on board. The job as a train attendant between Jokkmokk and Gällivare means working seven days every other week and being off for seven days in return. So, it totals five weeks of work but pay for ten!

We expect that you, as our new colleague, have a completed high school education and experience working in the service industry. We require good communication skills in Swedish and English; other language skills, especially German, are an advantage for the position. We also prefer that you have experience speaking in front of groups.

The position we offer you is a seasonal employment from June 16 to August 24. You will be based in Jokkmokk. We apply good employment conditions in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Before the summer traffic starts, you need to be available for training that will be conducted in Östersund.
